Roquette develops ingredients and excipients from natural harvests such as wheat, maize, pea and potatoes. Roquette offers a comprehensive product portfolio, ranging from starches and sugars to speciality products including polyols and cyclodextrins.
New on Roquette’s stand at CPhI will be PEARLITOL® Flash.
PEARLITOL® FLASH, the latest addition to the ROQUETTE Pharma mannitol range, is an innovative, patented excipient for the orodispersible tablet market. PEARLITOL® FLASH is a composition combining mannitol with a low proportion of starch specially designed for the formulation of orodispersible tablets that disintegrate directly in the mouth without the need for any additional water. PEARLITOL® FLASH is a mannitol-based composition that combines robustness with rapid disintegration. The tablet formulation becomes simple and easy to create for the formulator. As regards the consumers, they will discover, thanks to PEARLITOL® FLASH, a unique texture with a great mouthfeel.
