- Partially hydrolysed wheat starch or maize starch by heating in the presence of food-grade acid
- Micro granulated powder
Regulatory
- NUTRIOSE® fibres are specialty dextrins.
- NUTRIOSE® fibres are produced from non-GM sources and not to contain residual gluten.

- High fibre content: 85% (AOAC method 2001-03)
- Well tolerated digestion: adult tolerance of 45g per day with no symptoms (and no laxative effect detected even at 100g/day) .

- Low calorific value: 2Kcal/g based on dry substance
- Sugar-free and “safe for teeth”
- Low glycaemic and insulinaemic response
